The firm is dedicated to excellence in detailing and design by assisting architects in the preparation of their Contract Documents. Depending on services required by an architect, Wil-Spec has capacity to review drawings, assist with coordination of documents, help select building materials, provide design solutions for technical problems, and advise on bidding and contract procedures. Wil-Spec services are available to the architect from schematic design through construction bidding. Wil-Spec prepares specifications and consults on approximately 70 to 90 projects annually. The construction value of each project ranges from $100,000 to over $100 million. We have specified a wide variety of building types, including: Hospitals, outpatient facilities & medical research. Museums and aquariums. College / University student residences, education, laboratory, and athletic facilities. Libraries and theaters. Religious Institutions. Nursing homes and elderly living.
