Wil-Spec, founded in 1990, specializes in architectural consulting and construction specifications. The firm is dedicated to excellence in detailing and design by assisting architects in the preparation of their Contract Documents. Depending on services required by an architect, Wil-Spec has capacity to review drawings, assist with coordination of documents, help select building materials, provide design solutions for technical problems, and advise on bidding and contract procedures. Wil-Spec services are available to the architect from schematic design through construction bidding.
Wil-Spec prepares specifications and consults on approximately 50 to 70 projects annually. The construction value of each project ranges from $100,000 to $120 million. We have specified a wide variety of building types, including:
