Liberty Hotel

Exterior restoration and interior building-fabric restoration of historic Charles Street Jail, originally built between 1848-1851 and converted into the new Liberty Hotel. Project on the 2008 Massachusetts Historical Commission Preservation Award.

Rose Bowl
Pasadena, CA

Complete reconstruction and historic renovation of the Rose Bowl Stadium. The $200 million project started in 2010, with construction scheduled to be completed in 2015. Work includes demolition and construction of new Press Box building and concourse buildings. Additional work includes bowl repairs and upgraded entrances. Project was designed to meet the new CalGreen Energy Code, and the Press Box is a LEED Silver Project.

Ca'D'Zan Restoration
Sarasota, Florida

Complete restoration project - interior and exterior - of 1926 Ringling Home, starting in 1997 with restoration construction taking a number of years to complete. Specifications required considerable phasing concerns, since the museum was open throughout construction and required protection of both public and existing building fabric.
