Our specification services are available from schematic design through construction bidding. We have the capacity to review drawings, assist with coordination of documents, help select building materials, provide design solutions for technical problems and advise on bidding and contract procedures.
Wil-Spec prepares architectural specifications and consults on approximately 70 to 90 construction projects annually. The construction value of each project ranges from $100,000 to over $100 million.
We have specified a wide variety of building types, including hospitals and healthcare facilites, museums and aquariums, college and university facilities, libraries, theaters religious institutions, nursing homes and elderly living, laboratories, industrial and manufacturing facilities, public housing, interior retrofits and retail spaces.
