MANAGER/PRINCIPAL: Robb Wilkinson, RA, CCS, LEED AP, CSI, SCIP 
Robb Wilkinson, the firm's founder, has been a Registered Architect since 1987, and has been in the construction industry for over thirty-four years, including apprentice years in residential construction. He is a Certified Construction Specifier and an accredited LEED professional.
Mr. Wilkinson's career began working in construction, and progressed through positions as an architectural designer, a staff architect, a project architect, and finally a specialty technical consultant. His projects have included a large number of university facilities, museums, aquariums, and hospitals. He has presented numerous technical seminars to industry professionals, and taught certification classes for future specifiers and architects.
He is a past President of the Construction Specification Institute's Boston chapter, and has served as the CSI Northeast Region Director. Mr. Wilkinson is also a member of Specification Consultants in Independent Practice (SCIP).
PROJECT MANAGER: Stephen DeMarco, CCS
Stephen DeMarco has been in the construction industry since 1981. He has experience with a wide range of building types including public housing, transportation facilities, commercial work, and residential architecture.
Prior to joining Wil-Spec in 2001, Mr. DeMarco was a Project Manager for thirteen years, managing all phases of architecture from programming through contract administartion.
Mr. DeMarco specializes in public bid and restoration projects, with extensive experience in schools and higher education facilities. He holds the Construction Specifications Institute's highly-valued Certified Construction Specifier designation. He currently heads up our firm's research for future automated specification integration with BIM.
